Magic City Limo & Sedan Service is proud to offer the nicest, cleanest limousines, vans, coaches, sedans and suv's around Birmingham. Therefore, the paying customer or signor of this contract will be held responsible for any damage done by anyone in their party. This also includes smoking in the vehicle. The driver has full authority to discontinue service if at any time anyone in the party causes damage to the vehicle or acts in an offensive or intolerable manner. This will result in full payment of hours booked plus any damaged or missing property such as interior items out of the vehicle. Missing or broken glassware will be charged $10 each. Missing or damaged remotes will be charged $100 each. In the event that any damages are not paid or payment for services is not collected (including returned checks), the customer will be responsible for any collection and attorney fees, including loss of revenue. By Signing this Agreement, I Authorize Magic City Limo & Sedan Service, to charge my credit card for the deposit of the above reservation. Out of town Airport transfers, hourly billed rate starts when vehicle departs our garage for pickup location and ends when vehicle returns to garage, all overtime charges will be applied to credit card on file at the end of the tour. All airport pickups will have a free 30 minutes of wait time, after this, they may acquire additional wait-time charges for all airport sedan and limo services if wait times become in excess of 30 minutes at the rate of $1 per minute after the first 30 minutes, plus the regular pickup and drop rate on the contract.

All Limousine and Sedan Services are to be paid for In Advance. Credit cards will be billed for the balance due approximately 3-5 days prior to the service date. All Overtime Charges will be billed after the tour on the day of service or paid in cash to the driver. All Deposits for Sedan, Executive Coach, SUV and Limousine Services are non-refundable. All Limousine Coach Rental balances are due in full 30 days prior to the event. I also understand that all coach rental deposits are non-refundable and that cancellation will result in full charge of hours booked if not cancelled greater than 30 days prior to the reservation date. All cash gratuities paid to the driver will be considered over and beyond the billed gratuity and are non-refundable. I understand that in the event that the reserved vehicle is not operable or not available for any reason, a substitute vehicle will be sent of equal or greater value.

**** If Anyone In The Party Becomes Sick In The Vehicle There Will Be A Clean-Up Fee Of $350****

**** A Clean-Up Fee May Be Added For Any Beverage Spills Or Food In The Carpet Of No Less Than $175****

Cancellation Policies:

Proms: All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event date will result in full payment due for limousine coach rentals, sedans, limousines or suv's. Refunds will be considered if the vehicle that was held for you and your group can be rented to another party.

Magic City Limousine is not responsible for missed flights, delays, flight cancellations, overbooking, etc. It is your responsibilty to notify us of any circumstance involving your airport reservation and flight status.

Airports: Local: All deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to another date and time. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of service will be billed at the full booked rate.
